The KP504A 5th Generation Intelligent Ionising Bar is a newly developed rod-type electrostatic elimination device by RUISH Corporation for eliminating static electricity on the surface of objects.
The KP504A 5th Generation Intelligent Ionising Bar uses a direct current high-voltage power supply, adopts specially made alloy electrodes, and alternates positive and negative direct current high voltages on the electrode needles. This means that the direct current high-voltage source uses an alternating current method to produce corona discharge, ionising air molecules and generating a large number of positive and negative air ions. These ions are then delivered to the surface of the statically charged object, neutralising both positive and negative static charges, achieving the purpose of efficiently and reliably eliminating static electricity on the surface of the object.
It can be widely applied in industries such as electronics, plastics, chemicals, printing, textiles, photoelectric, lithium batteries, rewinding, coating, slitting, and separators.
